RankForged AI offers several subscription tiers (Solo, Deluxe, Pro, Agency). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
You agree to use RankForged AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to RankForged AI, including business information, API keys, and any content generated using our tools.
By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services you have requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create or publish using RankForged AI complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
RankForged AI integrates with third-party services (Google, LinkedIn, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
API keys you provide for third-party services are stored securely and used solely on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials and any costs incurred through your use of third-party APIs.
RankForged AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EBL Services LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software without our prior written consent.
RankForged AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific SEO results will be achieved. Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBL Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@rankforgedai.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days following termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
